It is time to order now for Sept. 23 and 24. Please do it right away, while you are thinking of it! We want you to be healthy, happy and wise!
Keep the electrolytes up with whey and Sports Formula! Lots of good fruit and tomatoes. They are a good way to help detoxes, as well as by eating a lot of pineapple and butter, raw, unsalted cheese every half hour, Gerolsteiner water and Terramin Clay water, full of good calcium and minerals, and raw, unsalted butter in your eyes (at night) for dry eyes, up your nose and let it drain up into your sinuses, and eat it. Butter pudding is a fun way to eat it!

I was just reading about how to handle suppression such as we get from the Powers That Be, in the food area.
The answer is to Flourish and Prosper! We have continued to do so in the face of fear, but we need to do so even more. We cannot hide and wait for it to blow over. We need to handle things enough to keep going, and then get the show on the road!
We at RA harbor a dream of having a huge membership that will feel strong enough to stand legally and express our opinions in public. To get people in office that agree with our views, simply by being effective and unified.
We want to increase our membership to that purpose. Please let us know what makes you want to share RA with your friends, and what doesn’t! What can we improve? What do you buy elsewhere that you could get from us (in any category, even things we don’t normally do yet), and why do you get it from them? ( convenience, quality, price, flavor, think it is better, and in what way? What activities do you envision being fun with others in our group? (Classes: food prep, permaculture, understanding the science behind what we do, ?), dinners, picnics during the day, movie night, going to a farm.)
What things make it difficult for you to do this healthy food diet? What makes it easy?
