Aajonus was one of those unique people that are like messengers sent to help us. He had insights into food and health that are astounding. Yes, he researched and worked with people for many years, slept little (didn’t need it!)
And really knew what was going on in the world. He understood bodies and medicine and politics and farming. He had no fear. He spoke out. He stormed the capital of California and convinced them to legalize raw milk again. He appeared in court and held his own. He was able to perceive what was happening in a person, and what to do about it. It wasn’t just a Formula. It was extraordinary.

He did his best to write down what he did, what he learned, so that he could communicate what he knew, and people could help themselves, and not rely on him so much. He never planned to be the guru, but had wanted to write screen plays! His insights were so helpful, helping us became his life. He couldn’t stand the direction health care was taking, and reversed it for those of us that could listen.

All of us old timers are still here because we listened to Aajonus. We all came to this because we had tried so many other things, and nothing worked. Food worked. We came to understand that you cannot be healthy with chemicals. Food is our best medicine, and is the way that all life has survived from the beginning. Humans are so bent on changing everything. We just need to go back to the basics.

Aajonus required that everyone he consulted read his book, We Want To Live, The Primal Diet. Without having him to consult with, it is essential that you read what he wrote to understand how the Primal Diet can help you. He lists what to eat for different conditions, and explains why this diet works, why it must be unheated, and gives real life examples.

The Recipe For Living Without Disease is not just a recipe book, but has so much data on research backing him up. It also includes sauces and recipes that help ensure you include all the nutrients you need, and not just basic meat and eggs.

You come to understand how important it is that you eat fats, and what they do for you, and how important green juice is to your health. You will not get well without the green juice several times a day.

Knowing what foods to add or subtract when you have certain symptoms can make life so much easier. And avoid trips to the doctor and meds you don’t want!

To really understand and to change your paradigm of food and health, you really need this information. You can’t get it from chatting in person or online. You need it from the source.

Aajonus would give everyone a specific diet, but in his book Recipe For Living Without Disease, he listed two basic versions of what and when to eat:

BASIC PRIMAL MEALS

When preparing each meal or drink eat a Small cube of raw unsalted cheese (to absorb toxins released into stomach). Then wait for 10 minutes and eat or drink. If very toxic, eat eat a Small cube of raw unsalted cheese (to absorb toxins released into stomach) every 20 minutes.

THREE MEAT MEAL PLAN

Upon rising:
4-12 ounces of green juice (vitamins and minerals, and to alkalinize and balance the meat meal to come)

45-50 minutes later, 6-10 ounces of raw meat, with raw eggs and/or 2-5 Tablespoons of raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no salt added raw cheese with an equal amount raw butter or avocado.
One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten in a meal such as in a sauce.

45-90 minutes later drink a blended milkshake consisting of one to 4 raw eggs, 3-6 ounces raw milk, 1-4 ounces raw cream and 1-2 Tablespoons unheated honey.

At least one hour later drink another 4-12 oz of green juice.

Another hour later 6-10 ounces of raw meat, with raw eggs and/or 2-5 Tablespoons of raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no salt added raw cheese with equal amount raw butter or avocado.
One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten in a meal such as in a sauce.

60-90 minutes after that meal, eat 4-6 ounces of fruit with 3-6 ounces of either raw cream, raw coconut cream, raw butter or avocado. You may combine any or all of the above, or drink another milkshake without fruit.

At least one hour later, drink another 4 – 12 ounces of green juice.

At least one hour later, 6-10 ounces of raw meat, with raw eggs and/or 2-5 Tablespoons of raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no salt added raw cheese with equal amount raw butter or avocado.
One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten in a meal such as in a sauce.

45-90 minutes later drink a moisturizing or lubrication Formula.

At least one hour later drink another 4 – 12 ounces of green juice.

(This meal plan is for people with slow metabolism, lethargy, glycemic problems and diabetes.)

THE TWO MEAT MEAL PLAN

The two meat meal is better for people with high metabolism and hyperactivity.

Small cube of raw unsalted cheese (to absorb toxins released into stomach)
10 minutes later, 4-12 ounces of green juice (vitamins and minerals, and to alkalinize and balance the meat meal to come)

45-60 minutes later, a meat meal, he suggested 8-14 ounces of raw meat, with raw eggs and/or 3-10 Tablespoons of raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no salt added raw cheese with equal amount raw butter or avocado.
One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten in a meal such as in a sauce.

45-90 minutes later drink a blended milkshake consisting of one to 4 raw eggs, 3-6 ounces raw milk, 1-4 ounces raw cream and 1-2 Tablespoons unheated honey.

At least one hour later drink another 4-12 oz of green juice.

An hour after that meal, eat 4-6 ounces of fruit with 3-6 ounces of either raw cream, raw coconut cream, raw butter or avocado. You may combine any or all of the above, or drink another milkshake without fruit.

At least one hour later drink another 4-12 oz of green juice.

At least one hour later, 8-14 ounces of raw meat, with raw eggs and/or 3-10 Tablespoons of raw butter, raw cream, raw coconut cream, no salt added raw cheese with equal amount raw butter or avocado.
One or a combination of several raw fats may be eaten in a meal such as in a sauce.

45-90 minutes later drink a moisturizing or lubrication Formula.

One hour after that drink 4-12 ounces of green juice.

If you are balanced metabolically, he suggests you alternate the two plans.

LUBRICATION FORMULA

1-2 eggs
2-4 ounces of unsalted raw butter or coconut cream
1-2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1-2 tsp of unheated honey

These are intended to cause weight cause gain necessary to remove deep tissue toxicity. One is supposed to alternate this a couple of times a year with  the Weight Loss Plan, to “Change the oil” in your body and get rid of the toxicity collected in the fat you put on.

WEIGHT LOSS DIET
Drink one cup of green juices
When very hungry, but not angry hungry, eat 2-3 golf ball size amounts of meat, any appeals to you, with 1 teaspoon of raw butter, coconut cream or avocado, but butter is preferable.

When next very hungry, eat 2 golf ball size amounts of meat with 1 teaspoon of raw butter, coconut cream or avocado, preferably butter.

When next very hungry drink 1 cup of green vegetable juice.

When next very hungry, eat one to two raw eggs rocky style.

When next very hungry, eat 2 golf ball size amounts of meat without butter, cream or avocado.

That is one cycle. If the day is not over, start the cycle over.

At the end of the day, drink one cup of raw milk before you go to sleep to help relax and calm nerves. If no milk available, two ounces of raw coconut cream with 4 ounces of coconut milk and  1 tsp of fresh lime juice.
