TIPS FOR YOU!

Dear Members,
Okay, it’s Wednesday, and you know that means! You need to get your final order in!
You can modify the one you have. This is for pickup or delivery March 24 and 25.

Just thinking about the conversations I’ve had recently with new members, and I remember how amazing it is that we have this food. It’s hard work making coconut cream and juice every week, yet those are two of the basics of this diet. If you don’t get enough juice, you end up taking supplements, and none of those are ideal.

The coconut cream heals and feeds everything, with high fat and magnesium, inside and out. Just a tablespoon can clean your whole body. I rub it all over, especially my face. It feeds my skin, and I find myself inhaling more easily immediately. I then get in the hot shower and rinse. It cleans, moisturizes and heals. Abrasions, cuts, skin tags, moles, blemishes, you name it. I cannot think of a better beauty treatment. And you can eat it!

The fat also helps your skin, as most of us are still fat deprived, especially in this polluted environment, and is so necessary for every organ, detoxifying (which goes on every day), your hormones and mood! It also helps stabilize blood sugar. High fat and protein diets have even proven to prevent seizures! Or lack of them causes seizures.

Raw Coconut cream, raw butter, avocados, are the best, along with eggs and raw meat fat. Oils are less good, unless refined by fermentation. Hard to get! Coconut oil can be good. Most other oils, unless stone ground and truly cold pressed, just are not as good. They cleanse, but do not lubricate the body, according to Aajonus.

Don’t forget the lubrication formula! Same as the butter pudding. Eggs and butter with flavor!

These are the basics for essential minerals and vitamins, not to mention the right kind of water for our bodies (in the juices). Aajonus expected us to get most of our water and mineral needs by drinking a quart of juice a day, two to four gallons of milk a week, sport formula, especially with baths or heat, eggnogs, etc. Gerolsteiner was recommended for the high mineral content, especially magnesium. After you had all the rest.

If you need to re-look at your program with someone else, make an appointment with Marilyn. Let’s make sure we are meeting our body’s needs, and not needing to turn to other methods because we are not feeding ourselves properly!
