Dear Members,
Time to order for October 27 and 28th! It’s hard to believe it’s all going so fast! Don’t forget your nuts for the holidays, honey, dates. Cream for whipping! Some of us are eating more meat since it’s getting colder.
Just a reminder for the holidays: before eating a cooked holiday meal, swallow a whole raw egg, and you will feel no or fewer ill effects from your meal.
Make sure you have cream and honey for your pies and holiday treats! There are very good recipes for nut balls, nut formula, butter pudding, raw pies, cream and berry and date ambrosia. Check out the recipe book, and the two recipe videos we have!
Speaking of that now’s a good time to get out the recipe book and try making a few different recipes.

Peeled Hot House Cucumber
Mixed all this in a bowl

1 lb free range chicken
1 avocado, diced
raw cream
apple cider vinegar
olive oil
shopped cilantro
honey with
diced tomatoes as a garnish.
the chicken was marinated in lemon juice prior to everything else with the jice drained off before the combining of the other ingredients (recipe was a bit from Aajonus and a bit of Louis culinary flair)
