I am again going to stress that green vegetable juice is a cornerstone of any healthy diet, raw or Primal, or Weston-Price, or anything. I looked at Pem Wall’s video on YouTube this week, and he stresses this. I know he makes his own juice every week, eats raw and at 74 is still competing in Karate, and winning with men younger than he is.
The minerals and vitamins in juice are why we can get away without supplements, but you have to drink it daily!!! And drink clay water and Gerolsteiner for the minerals, including, yes, you guessed it, Magnesium. If you drink enough clay and dolomite (tablespoonfuls), and drink a lot of raw milk, (Aajonus drank 4 gallons a week), and eat oysters (yes, I am getting a new, clean source as I write this) you will get enough minerals to be healthy and may even regrow teeth! I know that a friend juiced a case of red-leaf lettuce a week added into her juice and had a filling get pushed out by her re-growing teeth! Apparently Aajonus spoke of the same thing happening to him on his diet. Someone please find me the reference!
Again, leg cramps, migraines or the shiny precursors to migraines, fibromyalgia, any heart issues or energy issues, gland problems all respond to additional Magnesium. It also helps get rid of heavy metals and helps detoxify. Drink Terramin clay (not Bentonite), dolomite or diatomaceous earth, Gerolsteiner, your juice, and put Epsom salts in your bath or foot bath, or make a skin lotion from it. Coconut cream is high in magnesium too, as are walnuts and chocolate, raw meat, green leafy things and seafood, like oysters. Then sweat. It is easier on your body than making it come out via your intestines. 🙂
It also helps you sleep, relax, helps sore muscles. I know several of us got rid of skin tags or moles with coconut cream application daily. Aajie used it to clean his dishes and his clothes, as well as on his hair and skin. That is the only thing I wash with. My skin loves it, and it takes very little to spread all over. At least do your face!!
Well!! Let’s not buy into what “everyone knows” and “the aging process” and all of that. Not only can we get healthy, we can reverse a number of “ailments” aches and pains. Just raw butter fixes joint pain! Overnight for some people. I know I am younger in many ways.
So eat and drink your food, the way Nature and/or God made it, clean and raw, and have the health that you are naturally supposed to have!
