We had a great potluck. Good food, lots of meat dishes, and Chris even made a hot sauce with butter.
The two presentations on weather control were very good, with both presenters really knowing their topic. Chris has 5 websites to share on YouTube for anyone to keep track of what the weather is doing, and what is being done.
We had a quick presentation of dissolving a cloud, early in the day, but could not repeat it due to the clouds all disappearing later. Next time we have a cloudy day, hopefully we can repeat the demonstration.
Discussions were lively, and a good time was had by all. Next potluck will have activities/classes of interest, like fixing a particular food or two, one for sure that children can help with, demonstrations of assists and massage, some meal prep tips, and a short class on “Why Raw?” Other possibilities too.
I want to remind you of the power of the mind on our health. Not only are we what we eat, but also what we think.
When you choose a health path, be sure you understand it. Look up any word you have ANY question about. Make sure you understand the principles and the whys behind it. It is super important that you know that it is right for you, for if you doubt, you will reject it to some degree. You must follow your knowingness. Listen to your body, and do what feels right.
Learn to distinguish between detoxing and bad for you. With detoxing, you generally have a lightness of feeling, a positive ness, even if it feels yucky (diarrhea, for example). After a detox, you feel better, even if you feel weak (from “flu, for ex.).
Bad for you can make you throw up right away. Especially after doing this diet, I found my body responds quickly that way. My body is less willing to go through having a toxin.
An immediate increase in heart rate, sneezing, or massive mucus can be a sign that something is not good for you.
Just mucus flowing, as from a plugged nose freeing up, is often a sign up rehydration and getting something you needed (butter, water, milk).
We are most of us dehydrated. Please drink hydrating liquids with electrolytes in them, preferably fresh stuff.
And be kind to each other. Always assume someone has made a mistake rather than that they meant to harm you, but do so from a place of strength where you are choosing it to be so, no matter the intention of the originator. Many times someone will have a moment of spite or meanness, but if you do not grant it beingness and instead know the person is truly good, you can help that be true. Just don’t let anything else in, just goodness. And be sure that is what you create for yourself.
You are what you create. Health. Love. Joy.
Sing. Find something to laugh about.
I love you all!
