Really good maple flavored yogurt for those of you who do that. Our milk is very excellent, lots of good cream this time of the year. All grass fed.

There are late summer vegetables available from the farm. Ask Scott about them. He can bring a flyer with him to Westchester.

I’d like some feedback, topics you’d like to hear about, questions. . . Etc.

I’m starting to think we need to test a bit more for the really crucial things we can heal early with foods. Like heavy metal loads. Especially those who have adrenal exhaustion. Thyroid function. Magnesium levels in the Red Blood Cells.

There is a Red Blood Cell test to see how your body level of Magnesium really is. The blood level of magnesium is kept balanced, and if that is low you are really in trouble. The RBC test will give you input on how much you have in your cells, how deficient your diet is now.

Requestatest.com let’s you order a variety of tests at low cost.

As I get my levels up to a good point, I will be working hard to establish a really good source/supply of food with adequate magnesium. It seems to be lacking in the world.

I don’t know how our Primal diet stacks upon filling in Magnesium. I’m not sure many of us are drinking the amount of green juice or chlorophyll, we should be. If you are, you are probably okay, especially if you are eating marine foods and raw pumpkin seeds, stuff that is known to have magnesium. I’d really like to find out, though, how we compare to people on other diets, as cooking apparently reduces the dietary magnesium. With many of us not eating any greens. . .and few recent food tests. . . Even books like The Nutrition Almanac rely on tests done a long time ago. I would love it if you would tell me of recent testing of food nutrients you have heard of.

Love to you all!
