HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Enjoy the season of eating and sharing!

The end of the year draws near. Time to review the year past, and decide what you are doing, being and having this coming year. Maybe even a five year plan.
Don’t just be practical. Have a list that is what you really want, even if you have to imagine how to get it, or better, if you can just decide it will come. That somehow, some way, the universe will align with you and it will just come! As a gift, you win the lottery, a very rich great-aunt you didn’t know about dies and leaves you everything, or you find it at a garage sale. Or, you are inspired to write a book that becomes a best seller, or someone hires you to be a full-time masseuse or raw food preparer. Or ? ? ?

Start small, if you need to, so that you feel it is something that really could happen, that is really beneficial, and that will benefit others in some fashion you don’t have to know right now. Something you are willing to have come to you. Expect that when that works, you will decide on something a bit more.

It works.

Meanwhile, here’s a slightly revised list of some things you might want to get for New Year’s Eve!

Raw cream is for whipped cream, chocolate mousse (raw whipped cream with raw chocolate powder), rich eggnog and fruit smoothies ( you want fat with any fruit meal).

Check out the recipes for nuts and dates treats. The ambrosia dessert is dates and raspberries (or any berries you like) and dates, some blended together for a sauce, then a nut and date crust and whipped cream on top. Delicious!

Cheese is great for cheese dips and sauces, just put in a small rounded jar so there is room for the blender blades, with yogurt or kefir or whatever works for you, and just cut up for snacks! Dip them in any dip or Frank’s mustard!

Cottage cheese is such a versatile food, can be made into dips, sauces and cheesecake, as well as a great instant side dish, lunch or snack!

The sour cream beats any sour cream out there. So Good! And great on meat, by itself, or with some herbs and spices or fresh salsa.

Frank makes a great raw mayonnaise!

Ice cream is a great dessert, and made with the A2 milk, is something pretty much anyone can enjoy.

Popcorn, organic and air-popped, is a special treat, drenched with raw melted butter. MMM. Not something I want to eat all the time, being that it is corn, organic or not. . . But sometimes. . .

Remember Aajonus said if you are eating with others and eat cooked food, you can minimize the discomfort and ill effects by drinking down a raw egg shortly before eating. I have done it and it works a treat!

Have a great week and a half before the New Year’s weekend hits! I’m sure we will all be busy with family and holiday events from now until then!

Healthfully Yours,
Marilyn at RA
