Sniffles, aches and pains?
There are two answers to this: 1) 40 to 90 minute hot baths (101 to 105 degrees), with clay, salt, and vinegar, 3 T each, plus coconut cream and/ or milk, to draw off toxins and clean out the lymph system, and 2) pineapple and raw butter, raw cream, and/or raw coconut cream! Especially while you do the bath.
“Colds” are often just the backing up of the lymphatic system due to congealing of cooked fats in the lymph from the cold of the environment penetrating the body. The stuff has to get out somewhere, and that is either the nasal system or the gut (flu symptoms). The bacteria and viruses are needed to help get the toxins out.
The baths, taken daily, help open the flows and help remove toxins through the skin too. They can be essential to losing excess weight too, for the same reasons!
Then quit eating cooked fats, and eat raw fats. You need fats, to be part of every cell wall in your body, to protect your nerves, for really stable energy that keeps your blood sugar stable. You need fats to collect the toxins being released, so that they won’t just go settle in the nerve coatings or places you don’t want them!
Butter pudding is still my favorite way to eat a lot of fat. Raw butter on anything is great. Coconut cream is delicious in egg nog/smoothies, on meat (so is butter!), with nuts.
Egg nog is milk, eggs, honey, and cream or coconut cream, blend, all raw, of course!!
Nut butter our way is egg, butter, and ground nuts, and a touch of honey. This is the best way to get carbohydrates if you are hungry for bread or something.
Dates and raw butter are a good snack, good for your adrenals and other glands. How great is that? I like to grind up nuts and dates or nuts and honey and roll them into balls. Add cinnamon or raw chocolate, or grated lemon rind.
Well, see you soon!
