There has been some colostrum available lately.

Our milk continues to be the best milk. So tasty and good. And the bison is amazing—so natural, as opposed to animals bred for thousands of years for various traits. And they are eating natural pasture. Apparently they are being given a mineral supplement designed for bison, to be sure they are getting all the minerals they need to be healthy. My body really likes these two items particularly. I do drink goat milk. And our eggs are nice and orange, feel clean.

Once upon a time I was told the main contributors to good health: clean air, clean water, clean thoughts, exercise, and clean food. In that order of importance.

Since we live in Los Angeles, the first two are interesting, and questionable. We also have to include the non-visible electronic wavelengths we experience ALL the time.
Many of us are trying to maintain health here in this environment by food alone! Keep the minerals up with juice and Terramin clay and Gerolsteiner!
Exercise is key to good health in the long run.

I do Callanetics exercises, as they are designed for people with bad backs and knees. You have to go light, make sure you follow the directions, and build up.
I also Pete Egoscue’s exercises, as they are really good. There is even a center in the Santa Monica area.
Then there are the basic exercises athletes like boxers do: jumping rope, and working out the various upper and lower body muscle groups.
I’m looking at getting a small trampoline to jump on, as I have to guard my back. Elliptical machines are nice to me, and Dance is great, even if it is just in the living room!

Please keep up the juice, minerals, and even some salt if you experience fatigue that is improved when you eat Real Salt or sea salt. Melons, and other fruits for potassium, or the sport drink (which you can make with melon or tomatoes). Gerolsteiner water. With this heat, you really have to keep your fluids up. If you drink two to three gallons of milk a week and green juice daily, and eat all raw, wet food, you probably can stay relaxed. But cooked food requires more liquid.

Remember how much you appreciate the little kindnesses, and remember to do them for others. Random acts of kindness. A text or phone call to someone you know is alone a lot, or even a family member you haven’t contacted lately. A thoughtful email or even a real letter! Take a friend to a movie, especially during the heat of the day!

Have a happy week!
