We got the results from testing for heavy metals on both eggs, ground bison, and the A2 cow milk. Tiny traces of some things, in ug/g measurements.
Fertile eggs from the farm: Arsenic 0.017, Barium 0.22, Cesium 0.001, Nickel 0.008, and Thallium 0.001. I have their feed also, that they get in addition to being on pasture eating bugs and greens.
Angelo’s eggs: Arsenic 0.012, Barium 0.16, Cesium 0.004, Nickel 0.008, Palladium 0.001, Thallium 0.001 and Tin 0.012.
Ground Bison: Aluminum 0.2, Barium 0.051, Cesium 0.017, Lead 0.002, Nickel 0.009, Tin 0.055
A2 milk: Aluminum 0.12, Barium 0.12, Nickel 0.019.
The limits are:
Aluminum < (less than) 35
Arsenic < 80
Barium. < 7
Cesium < 10
Lead < 2
Nickel. < 10
Palladium < 0.3
Thallium. < 0.5
Tin < 5
So, our food is really good on that basis!!
