I want to tell you how important your juice is. Magnesium is a hugely important mineral in almost every facet of your body. Luckily, for those of us who eat our meat raw,  we can get a decent amount from that. But the big deal about green things is that CloroPhyll has magnesium in it instead of iron so it’s really important to get the magnesium from that source. You need a lot of magnesium and most people in this country are deficient in magnesium. If you get migraines if you  get any kind of muscle cramps and a huge number of other things, you are probably needing more magnesium. You know, Epsom salts? Soak in it. Magnesium oil is good too! Poor immune function, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, cancer, heart irregularities, auto immune disorders, anxiety, tension, depression are all things that can happen simply from not having enough magnesium.

i’m happy to state that we can get magnesium from nuts and seeds they said meat if it’s not cooked, leafy greens of all kinds. It’s also a good thing to eat bone meal which is ground up young beef bone and dolomite both of which  have calcium and magnesium in them. Calcium magnesium and phosphorus are all needed to work together. Having strong bones that makes sense you eat bone. Dolomite is  The perfect thing to add to soil where you’re growing your greens and growing your food because the way we have been treating our soil, particularly in Los Angeles is we take all leafy green stuff away all the time and so are depleting the soil like crazy. Then if you add any kind of fertilizers they don’t generally have magnesium they have a lot of phosphorus but that can use up all the magnesium in the soil because it needs it to balance.

Calcium and magnesium are needed to contract and then relax the cells that form up the muscles; that’s muscles everywhere! Your heart, your arteries, your neck, your arms and legs, your intestines, you name it. We have been told that we need more calcium than magnesium in this apparently is not correct. We need a one to one ratio of calcium and magnesium.  Something like bone dust bonemeal has a more correct balance. Magnesium is actually necessary for calcium to be used correctly. If it’s not there then calcium deposits into your tissues and create things like kidney stones and arthritis. Luckily Magnesium can actually dissolve it from those places and put it back where it supposed to be. Magnesium is necessary for bones to be strong.

Magnesium in the liquid form was found to help heal wounds, so keep Epsom Salrs around for emergencies! It was actually used to stop and reverse polio symptoms if they ca they caught it right away. There’s very interesting data in a couple of websites that you may want to check out one is WWW.DrCarolynDean.com

The other is mentioned in her book which is www.mgwater.com .
I was reading John Rodale of organic gardening magazine his book on magnesium is on that website and you can read it there and it’s amazing.

so make sure you keep your green juice in the way I should’ve said before every meat meal like at least twice a day maybe three times today after cheese little bit of cheese deserve the toxins and really keep it in. Eating that better and just need to look up what’s got magnesium in it look it up online and see what you can do. Broccoli is one and then there’s just some other trace minerals to really keep it in. I hope those of you that have pretty much anything wrong with you will take a look at these two references because it’s really enlightening. all right so here’s to staying healthy and eating right and getting the right food!

Healthfully Yours!
