Hi all:

I just re-read The Recipe For Living Without Disease, and realized many of you may not know it is not just a recipe book. This is not even just a sequel to his first book. This is where he talks about raw food, and why, and cites his references for actual studies and research so you can read them too. This is where he talks about what to eat and how to make it taste good—hence the recipes. He talks about bacteria, and so much more. It’s the most scientific, but readable book of his I’ve read.

The We Want To Live Book tells his path to this diet, and how he saved his son’s life with it. The second half is what to eat for what condition. Between those two there is sandwiched data on food. What temperature to observe and why. What cooking does to different foods. Why not freezing. What to look for and why.

It’s really a good time to do this reading. Kind of like Spring cleaning. This is the season when we tend to need the most help, and is the time to get in there and know what to do to start being healthier.

The Wewant2live website has tons of information too, but the books are the foundation for that too. You can get online books there. And it is searchable! Newsletters by Aajonus, advice he gave, Potluck recordings transcribed, and lots of testimonials. Even some videos, I believe.

So, re-read your books, or get them. You will be amazed at what you learn!

Healthfully Yours,
Marilyn at Ra
