Giving thanks for a good harvest, that will keep us going for the winter, for family and friends that also help us keep going, and for the wonderful food that Nature, God, or ourselves has provided us the opportunity to order and have to support abundant health and life.
Creating family, relationship and love through sharing of food and creating a time to be together, to re-affirm that relationship.
Thank you all for being in my life, giving me purpose and support, love and being people I can do the same for. Thank you for helping get us this food for these five-plus years.
Keep creating health, life and love. Picture yourself as you ideally see yourself, and know that you are creating that.
